Return Policy
We offer a 1-day return policy, meaning you have 1 day from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
• The item must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
• A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required.
• Dresses that have been custom-made to a client’s measurements or altered in any way (such as size adjustments, tailoring, or modifications) are not eligible for return.
Shipping Costs
• Shipping is free for dresses that are not on sale.
• For dresses that are on sale, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• If you return a dress, you will be required to cover the shipping costs for both ways (delivery & return).

If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• You received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
• Custom-made or altered dresses (items made specifically to the client’s measurements or modified in any way).
• Sale items and gift cards.
To process a claim regarding damages, sizing issues, or any other concerns, you must provide clear evidence such as high-quality images
or videos demonstrating the issue. Claims submitted without sufficient proof may not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be
processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at darlingboutiquenmk@gmail.com.
