Darling Boutique operates this online store and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. You must not use our products or website for any unlawful purpose or violate any applicable laws.

2. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment. We accept Visa and MasterCard payments only. Other forms of payment are not currently supported. Once your order is placed, it may only be canceled or changed within 1 day. After that, production or shipment may already be in progress.

3. Product Descriptions and Pricing

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colors and images. However, we cannot guarantee exact color accuracy on all screens. Prices and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

4. Shipping Policy

We offer international shipping via DHL Express. Shipping is free for full-priced items. For sale items, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Delivery time varies by destination but usually takes 3-7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a DHL tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept return or exchange requests within 1 day of delivery. Items must be unworn, with original tags and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is incorrect or damaged. Items that have been altered or custom-made are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Items on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. Custom Orders

We offer customization and tailoring on select styles. However, any dress that has been modified based on your personal measurements or preferences is considered a final sale and is not eligible for return.

7. Account & Personal Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and current information when placing an order. Personal data such as name, address, and email are collected solely for order processing. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
